Once there was a little old man and a little old woman.  They lived in a little old house that was completely upside down in negative equity.  One day the little old woman was going through the late notices from their mortgage lender.  She did not want the little old man to see how far behind they were in debt, so she mixed up all the notices into a gingerbread cake.  Later when she opened the oven door, out popped a gingerbread foreclosure and he ran away as fast as he could with all their credit.
